概述  

1、罐體系統:罐體材質，316L或304不銹鋼; 罐體設計壓力0.3MPa; 夾套設計壓力: 0.35MPa;罐體結構:帶發酵罐專用取樣、放料閥，帶有標準溫度、PH、DO 傳感器插口;罐蓋結構: 標準泡沫電極插口1個; 視燈視鏡口1個; 通用補料接口3個; 接種口1個; 排氣口1個;表面處理: 不銹鋼內外鏡面拋光，拋光精度Ra0.4;                                

2、滅菌方式: 在位蒸汽滅菌;    

3、攪拌系統: 三層六平葉發酵專用標準槳; 控制范圍:50~300rpm,控制精度: ±:1%;  

4、溫度控制: 冷卻水溫度+5~ 65℃; 精度: ±0.1℃;                                                

5、PH控制: 瑞士梅特勒PH電極及屏蔽導線; 范圍:2~12pH,控制精度: ±:0.02pH ;    

6、溶氧控制:瑞士梅特勒DO電極及屏蔽導線; 范圍:5~ 100%，控制精度: ±2%;    

7、泡沫控制自動檢測泡沫添加消泡劑; 靈敏度100~100000? ;
